Del mismo modo, existen una serie de metodolog\u00edas de mejoramiento de proceso de negocio bien conocidas, incluyendo Lean &amp; Six Sigma, as\u00ed como tambi\u00e9n muchas metodolog\u00edas, h\u00e1bitos y pr\u00e1cticas patentados y de desarrollo interno. Los elementos de diferentes enfoques pueden ser combinados, sin embargo s\u00f3lo un subconjunto de todas las posibles combinaciones ser\u00e1 factible para el ambiente de la organizaci\u00f3n espec\u00edfico en el cual una iniciativa est\u00e1 siendo llevada a cabo.<\/p><p><br \/>Con el fin de planificar el enfoque del An\u00e1lisis de Negocio, el Analista de Negocio debe entender las necesidades y objetivos del proceso de la organizaci\u00f3n que se aplican<br \/>a la iniciativa. Si no se conocen los objetivos, se le puede requerir al Analista de Negocio que defina los requerimientos que el proceso debe satisfacer.<\/p><p><br \/>En muchos casos, las organizaciones tendr\u00e1n establecido est\u00e1ndares formales o informales con respecto a c\u00f3mo el An\u00e1lisis de Negocio es realizado, y c\u00f3mo se incluye\u00a0en el proyecto y otras actividades. Si este es el caso, el Analista de Negocio revisa todos los est\u00e1ndares existentes de la organizaci\u00f3n, incluyendo est\u00e1ndares, pautas y procesos relativos a la iniciativa actual.
